Arrive exactly as you are, for as long as you can stay.

"When the mouth is silent, the body speaks. When the mouth speaks, the body heals."

Do you ever feel like you're carrying a "pebble in your shoe"? This might be a challenge at work, a tension in a relationship, or a lingering sense of burnout that feels heavy to hold alone.

You don't have to solve it, or even explain it fully. Sometimes what helps most is saying it out loud among others who are carrying something too.

Join us for a warm community conversation designed to help us connect, release stress, and find a sense of belonging through shared stories of vulnerability and strength.

What is ICT?

This gentle, guided space is informed by Integrative Community Therapy (ICT). ICT is a unique approach to well-being that has supported over 2 million people worldwide. Born in Brazil, this modality focuses on the power of community based dialogue. It offers minimal structure to help bring forth natural conversations within a community for collective healing and resiliency.

In this setting, there are no experts. Instead, every participant brings the expertise of their own lived experience. The key is connection: connecting with others to relieve tension in the body and provide comfort for the soul.

What to Expect

We follow a 5 step participatory structure that allows the conversation to flow naturally:

  1. Welcoming: We settle in, orient ourselves to the space, and share small celebrations.
  2. Choosing the Topic: Participants are invited to share challenges from their daily lives. We vote on a situation that resonates with the whole group.
  3. Contextualization: The person whose topic is chosen provides more detail. We ask clarifying questions to understand their experience more deeply.
  4. The Sharing Circle: Everyone is invited to share their own stories and coping skills related to the theme. We listen to reflect on each other's journeys, building connection and resilience.
  5. Concluding Ritual: We close with a brief takeaway or reflection to carry forward.

You are welcome to arrive late or leave early.

    About Your Facilitator

    Facilitator Sneha' Profile Picture

I'm Sneha, a former AI software engineer, and now a support group facilitator living in Zurich. I have spent close to 5 years in training and facilitating groups informed by Integrative Community Therapy (ICT) alongside other seasoned professionals.

My path shifted profoundly through a decade-long journey with chronic illness, and that experience led me to a new purpose: creating affordable peer support communities where connection and shared lived experience help us navigate life's challenges together.

What I bring, and what I don't. I am not a therapist or hold clinical credentials. What I bring is years of experience facilitating groups like this one: holding the structure, asking questions that help people open up, and keeping the container safe. I bring a love for facilitation, and a firm belief that inner work happens better together.

How We Show Up for Each Other

To keep this a supportive space, we follow a few simple agreements:

    • Speak from experience: We use "I" statements to share our own stories.
    • Listen without fixing: We avoid giving advice or judgment.
    • No pressure to share: Participate as you feel comfortable. Silent participation is completely okay.
    • Flexibility: You are welcome to join late or leave early if you need to.
