Who we are
Seeding Resilience is a peer support community operated by Sneha Venkatesh Yelimeli, based in Zurich, Switzerland. You can reach us at sneha@seedingresilience.org with any questions about this policy or your data.
What information we collect
We only collect personal information when you choose to give it to us through our interest form. This includes:
- Your first name and last name
- Your email address
- Your city, country, or timezone (if you provide it)
- Your availability for group sessions
- Anything else you choose to share in the optional text fields
- Whether you have consented to be added to our mailing list
We do not use cookies on this website. We use Matomo Analytics in a cookieless configuration to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised information about pages viewed and general traffic patterns, but does not identify individual visitors and does not store cookies on your device.
Why we collect it and what we do with it
We use the information you provide through the interest form solely to:
- Contact you about the support group you have expressed interest in
- Plan session times that work for participants
- If you have explicitly opted in, add you to the Seeding Resilience mailing list
We do not sell, share, or use your personal information for any other purpose.
Where your data is stored
Your information is stored on our website's database, hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak. If you have opted in to our mailing list, your email address and first name will also be sent to Mailchimp, which is based in the United States and is the email service we use to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in any email we send.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you provide for as long as it is needed to communicate with you about our support groups, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask us what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update your information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw your consent to be on our mailing list at any time

Changes to this policy
